The Royal Barge Procession

The Royal Barge Procession, honoring His Majesty The King, will feature 52 barges, including four major royal ones: the SuphannahongNarai Song SubanAnantanakkharat, and Anekkachatphutchong.

  • Oarsmen: 2,200 oarsmen will row these ceremonial barges along the Chao Phraya River.
  • Route: The procession will travel from Wasukri Pier to Wat Arun in a formation measuring 1.2 kilometers long and 90 meters wide.
  • Timing: Scheduled for October 27 from 15:00 to 18:00 Hrs.
  • Rehearsals: Public viewings of rehearsals will occur on October 3 and 10, with full-dress rehearsals on October 15 and 22.
